About Clive B. Jacques

Mr. Jacques is a solo attorney with a general practice in Concord, Massachusetts.  He received his law degree cum laude from Boston University School of Law.  During law school, he served as an editor of the Boston University Journal of Science and Technology Law. He also received the Dean's prize as the top performer in his first-year Civil Procedure class.  Prior to law school, Mr. Jacques was a computer consultant.  Mr. Jacques also holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.

Mr. Jacques is admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts the State of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Supreme Court.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the National Lesbian & Gay Law Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Lesbian & Gay Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.

Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Jacques worked at both a small and mid-size law firm in Boston.  He also served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court in Boston.  In his spare time, Mr. Jacques is an avid cyclist and alpine snow skier.
